From Troegs:
Walking the fields during hop harvest, we were captivated by an intensely citrusy row called Lemondrop. For Scratch #312, we feature this bold hop – lively with notes of lemon rind – alongside zesty Caliente hops to layer in hints of pine and stone fruit, and a new hopping technique helps maximize those hop flavors and aroma while holding bitterness at bay. This is the first of a few Scratch Lemondrop beers we plan to brew to see how different malts (and maybe yeasts) bring out its subtleties. Draft and growler fills available now in the Tasting Room.
