PERMUTATION SERIES NUMBER 23 IMPERIAL STOUT BREWED WITH COLD BREWED COFFEE AND VANILLA
We let our latest recipe for an imperial stout age in Bourbon barrels for eight months before adding in a heavy dose of Barrington Coffee Roasting Company cold brewed Italian Roast and Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans. The result is a luxurious, warming, opulent winter treat. A powerful nose leads with bourbon, balanced by aromas of vanilla, toasted coconut, and caramel. The nose finishes with a hints of coffee & maple, leading into a sumptuous palate of chocolate, vanilla, and bourbon. Permutation 23 has a thick mouthfeel and full body.
Permutation 23 will be available at both breweries today (2/19). 1 bottle limit per person ($24.05 each)!
