Stone Idolatrous IPA represents the elevated state of reverence that Stone extols for the venerable and almighty Hop. This limited release is part of Stone’s Hop Worship Seasonal IPA Series…Glory be to those who imbibe it in its freshest form…and faithfully worship thy Hop in the beauty of blissful bitterness.

    TASTING NOTES
    • Appearance: Clear, straw yellow, thin white head
    • Aroma:  Lemon, hop resin, clean fruity esters, apricot notes and a hint of coriander and cracked black pepper
    • Taste:  Fresh lemon zest, lime, orange, hop resin, strawberry and wheat notes
    • Palate: Crisp and clean with pithiness mid-palate and sturdy bitterness on the finish
    • Overall: El Dorado is a hop that really intrigues us and is a major player in Stone Delicious IPA. It can be dominant, but we have found a nice partner here in Mosaic. We’ve been very impressed with Mosaic over the last few years. It’s especially versatile in aroma and flavor and pairs well with a multitude of hops. Simply put, this is a great hop combination!
