Off Color Brewing Adding Jonesy American Wild Ale

Here’s another new cat label we’re letting out of the bag from Off Color Brewing in Chicago, IL.  This is Jonesy and it is an American wild ale brewed with citrus Medica var. Sardcodactylis (aka Buddha’s Hand zest).  The beer uses Kazbek hops as well as wild house cultures and “new friends.”  Look for Jonesy to pounce in at 7%-AbV & 20 IBU and this is the 750ml bottle.  Stay tuned here for release info.
