Know what a currant is? Neither did we!
Which is why we thought it would be fun to throw some into barrels with our beer!
Kettle soured with lactobacillus and aged in wine barrels with brettanomyces and black currants - we've created a dark and delicious Flanders Red that's perfect to crack on these cold winter nights! 6% ABV

Friday 12/22 - HIPPO'S HAND DOUBLE IPA
The MVP of last season -
Obviously we had to bring it back!
This double IPA is brewed with the exceptional and rare Buddha's Hand fruit - the flavor described by our head brewer, Chris Rakow, as "lemon candy". Not too sweet and not too bitter, this fruit adds citrusy notes which compliment the citra hops without overpowering. 9% ABV
