Hi-Wire Brewing Adding Cherry Flanders Red

This morning we get to see another new big-bottled beer coming from Hi-Wire Brewing in Asheville, NC.  This is Cherry Flanders Red and it will spend 3-weeks in stainless, 18-months in red and white wine barrels with18-pounds per bbl of cherries added at 12 months, 4-weeks in stainless and 2-months bottle conditioning.  As you can se the beer takes just under 22-months to create.  Look for Cherry Flanders Red to hit 6.2%-AbV and it will be packaged in 750ml bottles.  Stay tuned here for release details.
