I have always been hesitant to mess around with Imperial Smells Like Bean Spirit. I took us years to dial in the recipe, so why play with a good thing?

Well, after lots of discussion and convincing, today we are brewing Vanilla Imperial Smells Like Bean Spirit. Same great coffee and maple syrup, just with some vanilla added. We cannot wait to share this one with you.
