This morning we get to see a new bottle coming from Anderson Valley. This is Thribble Currant and it is a sour ale that is based on Brother David’s Triple aged in wine barrels. This 100% barrel fermentation beer uses wild yeast and bacteria and it is also aged with black currants before being packaged in 22oz bottles. Look for Thribble Currant to hit 10.5%-AbV and stay tuned for release details.
