From Hill Farmstead:
On Wednesday, June 7, we are pleased to debut the most recent entries in our Civil Disobedience series: 18 and 20.
Civil Disobedience, our nonviolent protest against the homogenization of flavor, comes in the form of a spontaneous, circumstantial and unpredicted series of beer releases. We relinquish control in favor of an anarchistic collaboration of microbial activity. This is the expression of our conscience, our opposition to oppression and an act of creative freedom.
Civil Disobedience 18 is a vibrant yet elegant beer woven from various threads, including barrel-aged Dorothy and Arthur from puncheons. Packaged in 750ml bottles, this blend is only available for onsite consumption in our tasting room and will not be available to take home.
Civil Disobedience 20 is dark, delicate and complex blend of Shirley Mae that was fermented in bourbon barrels and our spontaneously fermented collaboration with Cigar City. Packaged in 375ml bottles, this blend will be available for purchase in our bottle shop.
Please check our bottle release page, http://hillfarmstead.com/bottle-release, for bottle limits and pricing information. (credit card and matching ID required, please see our bottle release policy).
----Retail hours are Wednesday - Saturday, 12 p.m. - 5 p.m.
