Today we get our first look at a fun new collaboration coming from Wolves & People Farmhouse Brewery in Newberg, OR and Jester King. This is Zester Queen and it is an American wild ale that uses mixed culture yeast from both brewery’s farms. Zester Queen is also brewed with pilsner malt, rye malt, red wheat, TX citrus zest and fir needles harvested near the brewery in Oregon. This beer hits 5.6%-AbV & 14 IBU and it will be packaged in 750ml bottles at Wolves & People.
