From Hill Farmstead:
This Wednesday, May 24, on the commencement of our Anniversary Week celebration, we are honored with the release of Dorothy, our dry-hopped Farmstead® pale ale aged in oak barrels.
Dorothy (1921-1994) was our grandfather's sister; Hill Farmstead Brewery rests upon the land that was once home to her and her 13 siblings. In her honor, we have aged Dorothy in wine barrels for 1 year. We crafted this beer from American malted barley, malted wheat, New Zealand and American hops, our distinctive yeast blend and water from our well. After a year conditioning in wine barrels, Dorothy is ready for release. This is the ale that I dream to have shared with Dorothy.
750ml, $30, limit 3 per person (credit card and matching ID required, please see our bottle release policy).
We will have normal hours throughout the week of our Anniversary, Wednesday - Saturday from 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
