From Holy Mountain:
Mango Table. Tomorrow. $17/750ml, 2 bottle limit per person. See you soon.
The 2nd bottle we're releasing this Saturday is LAND OF OATS AND HONEY - a Biere de Miel brewed in collaboration with our good friends @monkishbrewing
Land of Oats and Honey was brewed with large additions of flaked and malted oats along with local honey from both Washington and California. It was fermented with one of our favorite mixed Saison strains and then transferred into a combination of wine and port barrels, where it aged for 8 months. $17/750ml bottle with a 3 bottle limit per person. Land of Oats and Honey will also be available on tap when we open Saturday.
This Saturday - March 11 at 12noon - we'll be releasing 3 new barrel-aged beers. The first is HAND OF GLORY, an English-style Barleywine brewed with Simpsons Finest Golden Promise and hopped with EKG. Hand of Glory was fermented with a traditional English strain and transferred into 13 year old bourbon barrels to age for 6 months. It was then transferred into French Cognac casks, where it continued to age for an additional 14 months. $18/500ml with a 3 bottle limit per person. A single keg of Hand of Glory will also be on tap Saturday when we open at noon. Details on additional beers will be announced over the next 2 days.
