This morning we get our very first look at a new beer coming to the Avery Botanicals & Barrels Series. This is Apricot Sour and it is a sour ale with apricots aged in oak barrels. This beer is brewed with specialty Belgian malted barley, Brettanomyces, Saccharomyces, Lactobacillus and Pediococcus before being packaged in 22oz bottles. Look for Apricot Sour to hit 7.3%-AbV and stay tuned here for release details.
