Southern Tier. This is their Blackwater Series Creme Brulee and while it will remain an imperial milk stout brewed with vanilla beans, the exciting story is that it will now be packaged in both 22oz and 12oz bottles. This is the all new packaging and the beer hits 10%-AbV.
