This is Velvet Ear from Trinity Brewing in Colorado Springs, CO.  This Saison ale uses barley, oats and rye and the beer will hit 6.5%-AbV and 35 “initial” IBU.  This is a 12.7oz bottle.  We also have The Magma imperial stout ale (25.3oz bottles).
