From Night Shift:
The story begins on an ancient Greek peak. Legend tells of Zeus' nursemaid, Ida, pricking her finger on a raspberry thorn and dyeing the berries red. The scientific name for the raspberry plant, Rubus Idaeus, translates directly to "bramble bush of Ida." For the latest entry in our Weisse series, the brew crew took our Berliner base and added a whole ton of those red berries during fermentation - thus, Bramble Weisse was born. Previously known as Raspberry Simple Sour, this stunning sour ale is as bold as it looks, with raspberry and lemon flavors throughout and a clean, crisp finish. Bramble Weisse will be tapped and in bottles at 11am today. $12 each, no limit!
TUESDAY @ 11AM:
