From New Holland:
New Holland Brewing Co. announces expansion of their Reserve series, centered on top-selling year-round bourbon barrel stout – Dragon’s Milk. The Michigan-based brewery is releasing its final 2016 Reserve batches of Dragon’s Milk to markets around the country with three variations; Dragon’s Milk Reserve with Vanilla Chai, Dragon’s Milk Reserve Coconut Rum Barrel, and a special draft-only Dragon’s Milk: Brewer’s Select.
These variations are shipping from New Holland’s production facility now and hit store shelves & local bars and restaurants during the month of October. Dragon’s Milk Reserves: Vanilla Chai and Coconut Rum Barrel are available in 4-packs (12-ounces bottles) and draft. Dragon’s Milk Reserve: Brewer’s Select is a draft-only variation. All three variations will be available across New Holland’s distribution footprint.
“It’s a great time to be a Dragon’s Milk fan, that’s for sure. Vanilla Chai and Coconut Rum Barrel are varieties that were favorites in 2016 and we brought them back, en masse,” says Brett VanderKamp, president of New Holland.
“Brewer’s Select is a batch of Dragon’s Milk we created using barrels handpicked direct from distilleries, by our brewers,” continues VanderKamp, “The barrels chosen are ones that retained more-than-usual barrel character and carry that forward into the beer. This variation is a special treat for bourbon lovers and those looking for a more flavor in their beer.”
These releases build on the Brewery’s previous 2016 batches, which found a huge demand from passionate fans and industry alike. In support of these new variations, New Holland Brewing is proud to present a new behind-the-scenes video about Dragon’s Milk. For the first time ever, New Holland is visually presenting the story of Dragon’s Milk, how it came to life, and what it means to the Brewery. This video features interviews with Company Founder & President, VP of Brand & Lifestyle, and the brewers themselves.
As media and fans, this video is presented to you to share openly. View/download the video on NewHollandBrew.com, as well as New Holland’s social media pages (Facebook, YouTube). Throughout 2017, New Holland will continue to expand the many ways they share the story behind their brands.
