Here’s a bottle coming from Ranger Creek Brewing in San Antonio, TX. This is their dry-hopped Berliner Weisse and it is kettle-soured with lactobacillus. This beer uses Azacca, Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe hops and the beer hits 6.2%-AbV and 10 IBU. Look for Berliner Weisse to hit 22oz bottles.
