From Dock St:
Dock Street and artist Chill Moody brewed up a few batches of nicethings IPA earlier this month for Round 1 of our collab, and when Chill came to Dock Street to co-host the release/tasting/voting party a couple weeks ago, all of it sold out in just over two hours.
We're still tallying votes and finalizing a recipe for the fan favorite between the original three nicethings IPA batches, which included nice (obvi) ingredients like pineapple, mango, lemon thyme, and fresh-to-death Mosaic hops.
Chill is a West Philly native, so as you can imagine, the turnout was incredible - lots of love and support from people who know and adore him, along with neighbors who wanted to meet a local hero - one who just so happens to be one of the hardest working artists in the game.

After the last drops of nicethings IPA were poured at the release party on August 9th, Chill grabbed a mic, stood on a barstool, and performed a few songs for us, finally giving our Head Brewer Vince DesRosiers the chance to breakdance.

The final batch will be brewed and packaged here in West Philly, and released onSeptember 30th, when we give Chill a Philly send-off for his performance at The Roots Picnic in New York the following day. nicethings IPA will be released at Dock Street and one or two other music-centric locations around town, to be announced.
