Great News from Wiley Roots Brewing in Greeley, CO:
Here is a look at Wiley Roots Brewing Co. (Greeley, CO) first bottle conditioned sour beer release. Gun in a Knife fight was fermented and aged in neutral wine barrels for a year. Apricots and jalapeño were later for a few more months. The beer clocks in at 6.9% abv, and is the first beer we have released in 750mL bottles. The bottles will be put into hand made wooden boxes. The wood for the boxes was all repurposed wood coming from shipping palates, and had made by members of our brew house staff. I have included a photo of the boxes as well. Beer is set to releaseon Saturday at the tap room with 50 bottles available, limit two per person, and will see small distro next week, in Fort Collins and Denver.
