Cascade Apricot 2015 Release Coming 4/20 & Vertical Reserve Release

We're releasing Apricot 2015 in 750 ml bottles and on draft tomorrow, April 20, at the Cascade Brewing Barrel House and the Lodge. The beer will also be distributed with limited availability to nearly 30 markets in the US and abroad. This Northwest sour ale is a blend of blond ales that were aged in oak wine barrels for up to 14 months with fresh apricots. The 2015 growing season was one of the best in years with plenty of warm, sunny days that yielded beautifully ripened fruit with intense character. Flavors of fresh and dried apricot fruit are complemented by a tart acidity and lingering notes of apricot preserves. 7.2% ABV.

VERTICAL RESERVE RELEASE

We are excited to announce a series of Vertical Reserve Release events! Each event will feature 100 4-packs that will contain bottles of a single brand from each of the past four years' releases: 2012, 21013, 2014 and 2015. The first release will be Kriek and will take place at opening onFriday, May 6th.
