Justin Fay, the 33-year-old entrepreneur behind Base Camp Brewing Company, used the emergency line to complain about homelessness and the mayor of Portland, according to prosecutors in the city.
When police repsonded to the calls at Fay's home Tuesday evening, however, they said they were greeted by the boozed-up brewer ambling downstairs, carrying a loaded assault-style rifle with the safety off.
