At 5:00pm today we will be selling cans of Rosé IPA at the @fermentaria! Rosé was brewed with Pa wildflower honey and hibiscus flowers, she was then conditioned on heaps of calamansi orange and lemon purée, and then she was dry-hopped intensely with a blend of Citra, Simcoe, Amarillo, and Centennial. Intense and drippy juicy. We yielded 200 cases of Rosé and will be selling four 4-packs per person. $22/four pack. There will be a special keg of a Culinary Stout that we've been working on for sampling in line (inside the building). We will also be tapping up a keg of Rosé at 5:00pm at the @fermentaria!
