This is Barrel-Aged Asylum from
Left Coast Brewing in San Clemente,
CA. This beer is a Belgian-style cherry tripel ale that is aged in American Oak Char # 3 barrels. This beer is packaged in 22oz bottles and it will come in big at 12%-AbV. We also have Barrel-Aged Voo Doo Cocoa & Mint Stout (aged in Ameican oak medium toast barrels (8%-AbV) & Una Mas Amber lager (5.8%-AbV, 12oz cans coming in May).
