This update from Dogfish Head:

We took our saison-esque science project, Noble Rot, and aged it on oak for an entire year! A collision of the beer world and the wine world, Oak-aged Noble Rot has a spicy white wine body with a dry, tart finish.

With a champagne-like quality we're loving what the wood has done to the liquid!

Here’s the full skinny on the Oak-aged Noble Rot release …

- We started shipping the beer 1/18. We ship to wholesalers first, so look for it on taps and shelves over the coming weeks using the Fish Finder.

- Approved in - AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI

- Oak-aged Noble Rot is available in 750ml bottles. This is a limited brew, so it may prove to be a bit more difficult to find then some of our other releases.

We hope you enjoy this one as much as we do - cheers!
