We've come a long way over the past 7 years...from our cozy little pub, to building the packaging brewery, then moving to our new, larger brewpub, and we couldn't have done any of it without all the support from our thirsty customers year after year. Thank you for helping us get to where we are today.
You don't want to miss the tapping of this special brew. 7th Heaven Double IPA is pale, unfiltered, very hoppy but dangerously smooth despite the hefty 9.5% alcohol by volume. Hopped with Azacca, Eldorado, Pekko, Sorachi Ace, and Vanguard, it displays a strong fresh citrus, intense lemon, slight herbal (thyme & sage), and a hint of pineapple and tropical fruit type aroma with clean bitterness lingering after the dry finish.
