Empire filed for new trademark registration, just STRIKES BOCK….
Oh those clever brewers. Disney did not oppose the registration of this mark and it was approved. 
Because the mark was approved for registration does not mean Disney is done with this fight. Disney can still file a lawsuit for trademark infringement or move to cancel the mark. This battle may be continued in future episodes.
