St. Louis and Fort Collins Breweries kick off the holidays Nov. 19 with public lighting ceremonies, followed by a season of festive, family-friendly activities

Warm up the hot chocolate and dust off the earmuffs because Anheuser-Busch is welcoming the start of the holiday season with its Brewery Lights display this month. From November 19 through January 3, guests can visit Anheuser-Busch’s historic St. Louis brewery and, for the first time, its Fort Collins brewery to marvel at thousands of glistening lights and enjoy festive activities.

“This magical time of year, we always looks for ways to spread holiday cheer and bring new experiences to friends and neighbors in our brewery communities,” said Julia Mize, vice president of Beer Category + Community at Anheuser-Busch. “We have been honored to be part of the holiday tradition in our home town of St. Louis for the past 30 years and are excited to expand our activities to Fort Collins by offering something for everyone in the family to enjoy, making this holiday season extra special.”

Both Brewery Lights experiences will kick off with formal lighting ceremonies on Thursday, Nov. 19 at 6 p.m.

Throughout the holiday season, guests can bundle up and stroll through the twinkling brewery grounds while enjoying activities such as cozying up to fire pits, roasting s’mores or enjoying a holiday buffet at The Biergarten. Guests 21 and older also can sample beers including Budweiser, Bud Light and Stella Artois.

As guests wander through the enchanted experience, they can also visit the various holiday stations set up at each brewery, including:

  • King’s Court: Celebrate the holidays like royalty in this King’s Court where guests can savor a taste of Budweiser under the stars.
  • Bud Light City: As guests move their way through the event they can stop at Bud Light City to take aim at snowball target walls or capture a holiday photo.
  • Package Options: Guests can customize their Brewery Lights experience by purchasing a special package to make the evening more special, including Fire Pit Fun, Holiday Cheer and Clydesdale Holiday VIP package. For more information on the packages, please visit com.

In St. Louis, guests can also enjoy:

  • Budweiser Boulevard: Budweiser Boulevard lights up St. Louis as a warm, white glow provides a picturesque canvas for any holiday photo with fire pits nearby to warm the chill of the night air.
  • Rita Cabana: As guests stroll through this Caribbean-themed tunnel full of colorful palm trees, they’ll hear the sounds of waves crashing to their favorite holiday tunes while sampling one of the Bud Light Rita offerings.
  • Stella Artois Market: While guests wander under the stars they can enjoy shopping at The Stella Artois Market to peruse must-have holiday gifts from local vendors along with Anheuser-Busch branded items, while also sipping a crisp Stella Artois.

Entrance to Brewery Lights is complimentary. Visitors who wish to enjoy the light display and holiday activities can do so Thursdays through Sundays beginning Nov. 19, through Jan. 3, 2016, from 5 to10 p.m. at the St. Louis brewery and from dusk to 10 p.m. at the Fort Collins brewery. Complimentary parking is available in the designated Anheuser-Busch Tour Center parking lots, and the Brewery Lights is wheelchair accessible and stroller friendly. Brewery Lights will not be open Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day or New Year’s Eve.

Drive-through tours are welcome at the St. Louis brewery Monday through Wednesday evenings from Nov. 23 to Dec. 30 after dusk until midnight. Visitors can enter from Arsenal Street turning onto Seventh Street and then travel along Pestalozzi Street.
