On Weds., October 14, we will release the first in a new series of entirely oak-fermented beers: Leaves of Grass.
Leaves of Grass represents our brewery's collective pursuit to create, explore, and challenge. For each batch, we employ uniquely different processes and ingredients, all of which further our understanding of the art and science of brewing.
The first release, brewed on July 4, 2015, is a 4.5% abv farmstead ale brewed with green tea (Matcha), citrus (grapefruit) and apple water (from Eden Ice Cider - byproduct of their ice distillation process) - this batch was fermented and conditioned in 400 liter oak barrels.
375ml, 2 bottles per person, $8
