Here’s your first look at a new bottle coming from Wicked Weed Brewing in Asheville, NC.  This is Bretticent and it is a Farmhouse ale finished with brettanomyces.  This beer uses North Carolina grown barley, wheat and rye grown by Riverbend Malthouse.  Look for Bretticent to be packaged in 500ml bottles and the beer will hit 6.5%-AbV.  We also have Lusus Naturae Brettanomyces Double IPA (8.4%-AbV) and Serenity 100% Brettanomyces Barrel-aged farmhouse ale (5.5%-AbV, GABF Gold 2013)

  1. FYI - the Lusus Naturae thumbnail currently links to a larger version of the Serenity label.
