At Cellar 3, we are evolving craft beer to an art form, one bottle at a time. Join us on Sunday, July 12th from 12pm to 8pm in the Cellar 3 tasting room for the first-ever bottle release of our newest masterpiece, Natura Morta Plum. This refined ale begins as a Belgian-style Saison, is fermented with Brettanomyces, then aged in red wine barrels with Italian plum puree. The result is a delicate balance of tart plum, rosewater and almond notes with a sophisticated, dry finish. Be among the first to take home a bottle of this fantastic limited release beer (limit 2 bottles per person), and enjoy a delicious pairing from our Cellar 3 Bistro food truck.
