Goose Island - Alumni Collaboration Series - Greg Hall (Video)

From Goose Island:

Greg Hall, our former Brewmaster and father of Bourbon County Stout, stopped by on the 27th Anniversary of Goose Island for a brew day with Innovation Manager Mike Siegel. The resulting beer is an English Style Mild Ale brewed with Chevallier, a special heritage variety of barley from England sourced from our friends at Crisp Malting. Pale Chocolate malts were then added for a roasted cocoa element. The Mild Ale is rounded out by a hint of wheat for extra creaminess. Traditional English hops, East Kent Goldings and Fuggles were used for bittering and flavoring, respectively. Look forward to many more Alumni collaborations to come!
