BROWN BETTY
1 1/2 ounce Blanton's Bourbon
1/2 ounce brown sugar syrup
3 blackberries
New Belgium Pear Ginger Beer
*Add blackberries and brown sugar syrup to a julep cup or large rocks glass and muddle ingredients all around, making sure to coat all of the vessel. Add Bourbon and beer. Pack vessel with pellet or shaved ice with a mound on top like a proper julep. Garnish with a single blackberry and straw.

1 ounce fresh lime juice
1 ounce San Pellegrino Aranciata Rosso
pinch, Fleur de Sel
New Belgium Pear Ginger Beer
*Build all ingredients over cubed ice in a Collins or beer glass. Garnish with a wheel of blood orange.

MOTHERSHIP:
3/4 ounce Belle de Brillet Pear Cognac
3/4 ounce Irish Whiskey
3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/2 ounce honey syrup
dash, finely ground Saigon Cinnamon
New Belgium Pear Ginger Beer
* Combine all ingredients except beer, shake and strain over fresh cubed ice in a large beer glass. Top with beer and give a final stir. Garnish with the zest and twist of an orange.
