From The Bruery:
We wanted to take a few moments of your time today to get you the inside scoop on Bruery Terreux™. We're extremely excited for the launch of this new brand and couldn't wait to tell our friends some more about it.If you haven't been following along, Bruery Terreux is our soon to launch farmhouse-style brewery. The focus will be 100% on beers brewed with brettanomyces yeast strains, souring bacteria such as lactobacillus, or a bit of both. It's a chance to have specialized staff, as well as equipment, dedicated to either The Bruery or Bruery Terreux, perfecting what we started with only The Bruery nearly seven years ago.
We'll be releasing beer on a rolling basis over the next few months with our initial beer launch (Terreux Previeux) on Earth Day, April 22nd, at our Tasting Room and shortly thereafter throughout California. Slowly and steadily, we'll be sending these beers out across the country, wherever The Bruery beer is currently sold.
The first two beers to be released will be the newly rebranded versions of Saison Rue®and Sour in the Rye®. Bottles will be available at our Tasting Room on Earth Day, April 22nd as well as draft of Sour in the Rye along with several fruited variations of Hottenroth Berliner Weisse, a special Meet the Bruer event and cask with Bruery Terreux supervisor, Jeremy Grinkey, some new merchandise for purchase and, of course, our other delicious Tasting Room offerings. It should be a nice day for you to check out the new branding and enjoy our year-round rye saison and our seasonal rye sour ale.
Be sure to follow the adventures of Bruery Terreux on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter so that you can stay ahead of the curve on upcoming releases including Hottenroth™, Beret™, Humulus Terreux™ and many more.
You should also be excited to know that we will be breaking ground on a Bruery Terreux tasting room in August with the hopes that we can be open by the end of the year (construction and permitting dependent). We hope to offer a similarly exciting, but decidedly different experience there to go along with our Wildly Traditional Bière™.
