Trinity Brewing Releases 'Single Brettanomyces' Series & NYCity/Columbus Distribution

7th Anniversary Series - Magical Brettanomyces Tour

It seems like we just finished our 6th Anniversary, but we're already into the third month of 2015 and you know that means we are turning 7!!  This Project began last spring and focuses on one thing: the alluring flavors created by aging beer for long periods of time on barrels with a very unique yeast known as Brettanomyces.  We made seven distinct beers, all with the same base Saison recipe, and the only thing we changed was the single unique strain of Brett used between batches.  Releasing once per month for the next 7 consecutive months, our March feature for this 'Tour' is the B. drie.  It's an extremely aromatic Belgian isolate that we've been able to develop light peach flavors with, notable straw, and spicy graphite.  Bottle release for this beer is Friday March 13th, and we'll be tapping a single keg for the event too.

Trinity Brewing announces distribution to
New York City and Columbus Ohio in Late March !!!! 

Trinity Brewing Company is proud to announce that we are launching distribution in New York City, NY and Columbus, OH in March! Trinity will be partnering with Sarene Craft Beer Distributors for initial sales in New York City the week of March 15-21st.  The following week, March 23-30th, Trinity Brewing hits the streets of Columbus OH for the first time signing with 17th Star Distributing.

The East Coast can finally look forward to finding some Trinity beers on local shelves!  Small allocations from our full portfolio of harvest driven Saisons, Barrel-aged projects, and provocative beers begin shipping in March.

Both New York city and Columbus will experience memorable tapping's of rare specialties, including some vintage Barrel Aged Sours, and our new 'Single Brett Series beers.' Look for bottles of Electric Cukumbahh, a highly awarded Golden Saison d'étébrewed with fresh cukes, lemon zest, grains of paradise, and fermented with a light level of Brettanomyces; our Red Swingline IPA Primitif is a tart, 100 IBU, Chardonnay barrel-aged sour brewed with coriander and tangerine zest, this beer was named TOP 25 Beers of 2015 by DRAFT Magazine; and '7 Day Sour,' a unique and drinkable Golden Sour brewed with first and second slims, 30% raw wheat, aged hops, Lactobacillus, and Brettanomyces.
