Here’s a new bottle coming from NOLA Brewing in New Orleans, LA.  This is Sauvage and it is a Brett Pale Ale that is aged with a brett yeast blend in French oak barrels.  Sauvage is package din 750ml bottles and the beer comes in at 5%-AbV.
