White Birch to Begin Canning With Hop Session

We've got tanks coming in next week and a canning line.
 

Thanks to your continued interest in and support of White Birch we're growing again! This picture is me at the Cote Rigging in Goffstown.  To say the least I'm geeking out big time.  

It's amazing how much it takes to get started canning.  I have tanks coming in next week, a canning line too!  I also have 2 truck loads of supplies coming in so that the first week of March we can begin canning Hop Session.  If everything holds to schedule we'll be able to begin selling Hop Session at the brewery on March 6th and the begin rolling out cases to our states the following week.
