This morning you get to see three new beers coming to the Tahoe Mountain Brewing Recolte Du Bois (Harvest of the Wood) series of farmhouse ales. Peach Saison is a peach ale fermented with Brettanomyces (6.2% ABV), Saison Savoureuse is aged in wine barrels with Brettanomyces and sage added (6.2% ABV) and the base Farmhouse ale is aged 9 months in Cabernet wine barrels with Brettanomyces (6.2% ABV). These are all 500 ml bottles.
