Here’s another big barrel-aged beer coming from Mikkeller.  This is Raspberry Quadrupel and it is an ale brewed with cassonade sugar, lactose, lager yeast and raspberries that is aged in Bourbon barrels.  This beer is packaged in 12.7oz bottles at DeProef and it come sin big at 13% ABV.
