Here’s a really interesting list of beer ingredients coming from Libertine Pub & Brewery in San Luis Obispo County, CA. This is Sonja’s Sonnet and it is brewed with Kiwi juice, Hibiscus white grapes and even wild yeast. This limited release ale is aged in French oak and it is produced in collaboration with Casa Dumetz Wines and Babi’s Beer Emporium. Look for Sonja’s Sonnet to be packaged in 750ml bottles and the beer will come in @ 6.4%-AbV. As a bonus we also have The Figster Limited release ale brewed with oranges & figs and aged in Bourbon barrels(6.8%-AbV) and Three Beers For Three Years 2015 wild ale aged in oak barrels (7.2%-AbV and750ml bottles).
