Here’s some interesting beers coming from Chicago’s Forbidden Root Benefit. These beers are dedicated to using root and botanical combinations to honor the early brewing techniques. Up first is Oak-Aged beer brewed with vanilla and natural flavors and it will come in at 5.5% ABV (12oz bottles) followed by Divine Mud Heavy Petal (The Cacao Series) Imperial Stout brewed with pecans, Magnolia flowers & West African chocolate (9.2% ABV--750ml bottles) and WPA Wildflower Pale Ale brewed with Marigold, Elder and Sweet Osmanthus flowers (5.6% ABV--12oz bottles).
