Here’s a new big bottle coming from Berlin Maryland’s Burley Oak Brewing Co. This is Sour Trip and it is a Berliner Style Weisse Ale that uses Champagne yeast. How could a brewery in Berlin NOT make a Berliner Weisse?…so they did. This beer uses 50% local wheat and lactobacillus and it will be packaged in 25.36oz bottles. Stay tuned for release details. As a bonus (26 Mar 2015) we also have Sorry Chicky. This Dry-hopped sour ale will be packaged in 12oz cans and it will hit 4.4%-AbV. We also have Secret Sauce DIPA (7.7%-AbV).
