From Victory:
Ever wonder what types of flavor changes take place during a brettanomyces fermentation as apposed to normal brewers yeast? Wouldn't it be great to taste two identical beers fermented with different yeasts side by side?
Our WildDevil started as an exploration of what that change would bring about in our HopDevil IPA. Here, Quality Assurance Tech, Zach Miller, and Director of Brewing Operations, Adam Bartles, taste the two side-by-side offering an in-depth discussion on the flavor and aroma differences between these two very distinct types of fermentation.
