FCB Releases Seasonal Brew, Maibock

Maibock’s 10th Consecutive Seasonal Release

Fort Collins, Colo. -- The Fort Collins Brewery, along with Gravity 1020

Modern Tavern is excited to announce the seasonal release of Maibock for the

A gold medal winner at BTI World Beer Championships in 2013, Maibock

features a smooth malty flavor attained from the richness of Munich malts that

the winter and celebrated in the spring.

• ABV: 6.4%

• SRM: 22

• IBU: 34

To celebrate the release of Maibcok, FCB is hosting a Goat Cheese-making

class and Maibock Pairing Dinner in their Community Room on Friday. The class

option, which runs from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m., is $35 per ticket. The class and dinner

pairing option, dinner served at 7 p.m., is $75 per ticket. To RSVP, call 970-472-

1499 or email rsvp@fortcollinsbrewery.com. The event is limited to the first 25

RSVPs, and a credit card is needed to hold the reservation.

The availability for Maibock is March – June and the seasonal brew is

packaged in 22 oz. bottles, and on draft. The gold medal winner received its first
