Cask-conditioned Raging Bitch Belgian-Style IPA with mango and habanero pepper is one of our favorite firkins. Building off of that is our first Brewhouse Rarities release of 2014: Mango Habanero IPA.
The trick to any sweet and spicy combination is balance, which was the goal from the beginning. The malt bill is intentionally light and the yeast a clean ale strain to showcase the fruit, heat, and tropical fruit-forward hops. - 7% ABV
- 70 IBU
- Specialty malts: Light Caramel, Munich, Cara-Pils
- Hops: Centennial, Amarillo, Simcoe, Citra
We’re tapping it at the brewery next Tuesday, February 11. From 5 to 7 pm, we’ll have the brewers on hand pouring samples and filling growlers.
