Here’s the new packaging for Side Project Brewing’s new Saison du Ble. This wheat Saison uses Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus, it will be packaged in 750ml bottles by Perennial Artisanal Ales and come in at 6% ABV. Saison du Ble also uses their house Saison yeast strain and it is aged for several months in Chardonnay barrels.
