Today we get to see three new labels coming from DeProef. Up first is their Limited Edition Cleveland Belgian Citra Rye IPA. This beer was created with Palo Alto Brewing (recipe development) and it was created for the 5th annual Cleveland Beer Week. Cleveland Belgian Citra Rye IPA uses Westmalle yeast, it will be packaged in 750ml bottles and come in at 8% ABV. Up next is Brewmaster's Collection Special Reserve Zoetzuur Flemish Ale. This Flanders Red ale is brewed with cherry juice and it was created in collaboration with the late Michael Jackson for his Rare Beer Clun in 2004. Zoetzuur translates to “sweet sour” and the sour portion comes from Brett yeast. Look for Zoetzuur to be packaged in 750ml bottles and come in at 7% ABV. Finally we have Brewmaster's Collection Special Reserve Witte Noire Imperial Amber Wheat. This beer was brewed as a companion beer for DeProef La Grande Blanche and it is a Belgian interpretation of a classic German dopplebock. Witte Noire will be package din 750ml bottles and come in at 7.5% ABV.
