Cascade - Bourbonic Plague 2011 Bottles Coming 12/19

This Thursday, Dec. 19 at 4:30pm PST, we will release The Bourbonic Plague 2011 in bottles at the Barrel House and the Raccoon Lodge  (sorry, no online sales). This NW style sour ale is a blend of spiced double porters that were aged in Bourbon and wine barrels for 18 months before aging on dates and spices for up to an additional 12 months. Price is $30 per 750 ml, with a 4 bottle limit.

We now have Cerise Nouveau available in bottles at the Barrel House and the Raccoon Lodge (sorry, no online sales). Cerise is priced at $25 per 750 ml, with a 6 bottle limit. This blend of red ales was aged in oak barrels for up to eight months, then aged on fresh Bing cherries for an additional three months. It's best consumed now through the holidays with friends! 

Also available in-house is The Vine 2012 ($20),Vlad the Imp Aler 2011 ($30, 4 bottle limit),Blueberry 2012 ($20), Strawberry 2012 ($20),Apricot 2012 ($20), Figaro 2012 ($25, 4 bottle limit), Kriek 2012 ($20), Elderberry 2012 ($20, 4 bottle limit), Pumpkin Smash 2011 ($30, 4 bottle limit), Tangerine Dream 2011 ($30, 4 bottle limit),Gose 2012 ($15) and Sang Noir 2012 ($25, 4 bottle limit).
