One of our favorite beers has returned! Alaskan ESB will be available January - March as our Spring Seasonal Release. ESB has been decorated with awards for its exceptional balance. Cascade and Centennial hops find perfect harmony with premium two-row, specialty Crystal and Pale malts. It might just be the beer your taste buds were made for.
The imagery on the label honors the single engine de Havilland Canada DHC-2 Beaver, produced between 1948 and 1967 to meet the demand for a versatile plane able to make short takeoffs and landings in rural areas. Engineers warned this would lead to low cruising speed, to which one pilot replied, "You only have to be faster than a dog sled." Whether fitted with wheels, skis or floats the Beavers remain the workhorse of the Alaskan backcountry, connecting communities to vital resources and Alaskan beer.
