From The Bruery:
Happy Thursday! -- We have some really fun activities coming up for Barrel Aged Beer Month. We're slowly but surely filling up each and every one of our 40 taps, so there should be something for everyone if you decide to come visit. We hope to see you soon!
1. 2012 Oude Tart: we'll be breaking out a vintage release of our Flemish-style Red Ale, Oude Tart. We'll be serving a single keg of our 2012 Vintage of that brew starting. Time treats Oude Tart extremely well and we're always happy to see an aged variation of this beer on our board, especially when it can be tried next to a 'fresh' version as well.
2. 6 Geese-A-Laying Bottle Release: we will be releasing bottles of 6 Geese-A-Laying, the sixth beer in our '12 Days of Christmas' series. That dark and toasty winter ale was brewed with cape gooseberries and shows off notes of plums, dark cherry and citrus like flavors from the namesake berries.
3. 100% Barrel Aged Coton: We'll be continuing our trend of tapping great barrel aged brews with a tapping of Barrel Aged Coton. This 100% barrel aged version of our second anniversary old ale should be tasting absolutely decadent and we're excited to share it with you.
